On September 25, 2025, I hosted a free webinar, The New Face of Wealth: Building Advisory Teams that Women Clients Trust. At this virtual event, I discussed the rise of women’s economic power as inheritors, wealth creators, and breadwinners and the desire of many women to hire wealth management firms with women on their advisory teams. I shared tactics for attracting, retaining and promoting women, and made the business case for creating gender and racially diverse teams.
The turnout was excellent and I enjoyed seeing many faces from my past and meeting new professionals dedicated to better serving women and their families.
