The financial services industry is evolving and these three women professionals are on the cutting edge of change. I have had the opportunity to interview each on my podcast, and believe their innovation, creativity, and a deep commitment to doing things differently makes them noteworthy. In honor of Women’s History Month, I want to highlight the movers and shakers making history in financial services and truly shifting how advisors think about money, client relationships and business models.

Ashley Quamme – Founder of Beyond the Plan | Host of Planning and Beyond

Ashley’s path into financial services is anything but traditional, and that’s exactly why it’s so powerful. A former licensed marriage and family therapist, she now serves as a fractional financial behavior officer for advisory firms, helping advisors integrate behavioral finance and emotional intelligence into their client work.

She’s expanding the definition of what it means to deliver financial advice, moving beyond numbers to the human side of money. Now that is right up my alley!

Anne Johnston – Founder & Managing Director of Created

Anne is on a mission to make finance more beautiful, accessible, and engaging. As the founder of Created, a boutique wealth advisory firm, she blends financial literacy with creativity, she even incorporates music into her approach.

Anne challenges the outdated belief that finance has to be dry or intimidating and proves that money conversations can be empowering, inspiring, and fun!

Alanah Phillips – Founder of Advisor Launch Lab and Author

Alanah is helping advisors rethink one of the biggest structural decisions in their business: their broker-dealer relationship. Through Advisor Launch Lab and her “Break Up with Your Broker Dealer” book, she empowers advisors to evaluate independence and build businesses aligned with their values and long-term goals.

I love that she is not just questioning the status quo, she’s giving advisors the tools to change it.
